When I stumbled upon Micah Ofstedahl's work on Instagram, I was instantly transfixed. But I'm at a loss to explain precisely why. There's something quite original about his oeuvre--one that defies easy categorization.
In an interview with Juxtapoz, when asked to describe his art with just one sentence, Ofstedahl responded, "Realistic representations of observable reality altered by invisible mysteries of life made visible."
Waterly-like ley lines enhance our vision of reality as we see beyond mere landscapes to forces embedded within the world. Appropriately, this piece is titled "A Part of Everything."
